Personal Coaching and Consulting

Yair Schoenfeld brings decades of experience in guiding managers and business professionals both domestically and internationally. In this role, Yair focuses on understanding each client’s unique characteristics and tailoring the process to the client’s goals across three time horizons: long-term vision, immediate and achievable short-term wins, and quality mid-term objectives. This approach ensures effectiveness, efficiency, and tangible achievements throughout the collaborative journey.

The personal consulting process involves in-depth conversations that include evaluating progress based on predefined metrics and goals—continuously assessing the shared journey against the client’s business vision and objectives. Almost every meeting is a deep discussion, providing an opportunity for learning, self-reflection, and feedback in optimal conditions. Periodically, the client and Yair refine and focus the process, aligning it with the client’s personal, managerial, and business needs while progressing and achieving impressive results.

Over the years, Yair has developed coaching methods that combine innovative approaches and practical practices to improve management quality, achieve personal goals, and realize business vision.

Principles

At the core of Yair’s personal coaching and consulting are two key principles:

Absolute Confidentiality

Yair ensures complete discretion throughout the consulting process. All information shared in conversations remains entirely confidential, allowing the client to engage in an open and honest process, with absolute trust in the consultant.

Continuous Added Value

Each meeting is based on providing added value to the client. The entire process is designed to generate immediate and tangible results while maintaining flexibility. The client has the freedom to terminate the process at any stage, at their discretion, without any need for explanations or prior notice.

Unique Model

The coaching focuses on integrating all types of challenges, ensuring continuous progress and creating real and tangible value for the client and the organization in which they operate.

As mentioned, Yair’s coaching model focuses on three time horizons: long-term, mid-term, and short-term.

Long-Term Goals

In the initial phase, a business and managerial vision is developed to lead the coaching process. The vision serves as the "North Star" of the process and is connected to the long-term goals the client seeks to achieve.

Mid-Term Goals

Mid-term objectives define the quality goals that form the core of the process toward realizing the long-term vision. These are the "critical milestones" on the path to realizing the big picture. The consulting model sets the appropriate timeframe for achieving them, usually up to a year.

Short-Term Goals

Short-term objectives are defined in the early stages of the coaching. The parties identify "low-hanging fruit" and set clear goals that can typically be achieved within one quarter. Achieving these goals builds trust and propels the process forward quickly and focused.
