The lecture is divided into two parts.
“In the first part, we will uncover the secrets of outstanding managers in today’s era and discuss the components of managerial excellence in a time of chaos and uncertainty.
- Vision, leadership, and values—and the ability to express them in a personal and engaging way, both in day-to-day routines and during critical management moments with employees, colleagues, and business partners.
- Managerial courage, personal boldness, and the capacity to make decisions that challenge current realities.
- Meticulous planning and a connection to numbers and data, combined with the ability to derive the necessary insights to make corrections and refinements along the way.
Yet all of this isn’t enough! The ability to achieve long-term success lies in building a winning team that operates in harmony.
In the second part of the lecture, we will focus on the basic conditions for creating a synergistic team of talented individuals working together toward a common goal:
- Selecting the right people and creating the conditions for their growth.
- Managing a culture focused on essentials, not distractions, emphasizing what truly matters.
- Open, fast, and high-quality communication among team members.
The tools provided in this lecture are practical, and participants will receive a self-assessment tool to conduct a deep evaluation of the business unit they manage.
